IP67 Protection Rating ELEKTRO-PLAST

UNI PRO is a series of robust, universal weatherproof enclosures with an IP67 protection rating, designed to protect electrical, electronic, and automation equipment in demanding environmental conditions. Thoughtful design, an effective sealing system, and a wide selection of accessories enable the enclosures to be used both indoors and in outdoor installations.

The UNI PRO series includes 9 enclosure sizes, each available in two door options:

  • with grey doors made of ABS,
  • with transparent doors made of polycarbonate (PC).

Enclosure bodies are made of ABS material in grey RAL 7035. The applied gasket provides effective sealing and a high protection rating of IP67.

Thoughtful Design & Non-Invasive Mounting

Every UNI PRO enclosure is equipped as standard with external wall mounting brackets ("ears"). This solution allows for secure fastening of the enclosure to a wall or other surface without the need to drill holes in its body.

This eliminates any interference with the sealed structure and ensures the declared IP67 protection rating is maintained.

Metal Mounting Plate as Standard

Each UNI PRO enclosure includes a galvanized metal mounting plate designed for securing equipment, devices, and internal components inside the enclosure.

The largest model, UNI PRO 7, additionally features an adjustable mounting plate depth. This allows for optimal use of internal space and precise positioning according to the type and dimensions of the mounted equipment.

Locking System

Standard equipment for every enclosure includes a plastic triangular key designed to operate standard triangular locks.

Enclosures are fitted with an appropriate number of plastic triangular locks depending on their size.

Depending on user requirements, the locking system can also be equipped with alternative solutions:

  • plastic triangular lock,
  • metal triangular lock,
  • handle lock with key closing.

The UNI PRO 7 model includes 2 keys as standard, while all other models are equipped with 1 key as standard.

Pole Mounting

UNI PRO enclosures can be equipped with dedicated pole mounting brackets. The system is available in 6 width variants corresponding to individual enclosure widths, allowing for a precise match to specific UNI PRO models.

Brackets are made of 1.5 mm thick weather-resistant stainless steel sheet. The solid construction ensures durable and stable mounting in outdoor installations.

Using the dedicated mounting system enables enclosure installation without drilling additional holes in the body, maintaining its tightness and protective properties.

The UNI PRO series combines high ingress protection, durable construction, and practical mounting solutions. A wide choice of sizes, two door variants, and accessories allow the enclosure to be tailored to the specific needs of the installation and its operational environment.

Wall or pole mounting without drilling into the enclosure body ensures complete seal integrity and maintains the certified IP67 protection rating.
