ELEKTRO-PLAST has introduced new junction boxes from the PI1P/S and PI2P/S series, combining the functionality of a sealed connection box with local circuit control. Equipped with a double-pole KCD19 rocker switch (rated at 16–20 A), they enable the simultaneous disconnection of both circuit conductors, providing enhanced safety during operation and maintenance.

An integrated LED indicator provides quick visual verification of voltage presence in the circuit. Designed with an IP65 protection rating, the boxes ensure complete protection against dust ingress and water jets. The switch mechanism is protected by a flexible rubber cover that operates seamlessly with the silicone sealing element and stainless steel self-tapping screws.

The series is available in two configurations:

• PI1P/S – version equipped with 1 cable entry,
• PI2P/S – version equipped with 2 cable entries for feed-through wiring.

Manufactured from high-grade PA66 polyamide, the housing offers high mechanical strength. These junction boxes are suitable for outdoor, facade, and industrial lighting, pump systems, fans, construction machinery, and control panels operated in humid or dusty environments.
